I joined Toastmasters in Brussels in 2008, and I have to say it has changed my professional life. As a trainer, I often get feedback, but much of it is difficult to use to improve my teaching. It is often very generic and unstructured. The feedback I get from toastmasters helps me test different communication techniques and get top quality, structured feedback that can lead to big wins in the way I present and facilitate. As a result I am taking on the challenge of starting Toastmasters here in Florence. I hope you can join me.
